Tax Bills or Assessments: Look at recent property tax bills or assessments you've received. The PIN number is often listed on these documents.
Contact the Assessor's Office by Phone: If you're unable to find the PIN number through online resources, you can contact the local assessor's office or tax department directly. They should be able to provide you with the PIN number for the property in question.
Quick Find: To Find a Property PIN Number Using Zillow or Redfin:
- start by Googling the address of the property.
- Then, choose the search result from Redfin.com or Zillow.com.
- Look for the Public Records Information section on the site. You should be able to locate the PIN here. Keep in mind that while Zillow and Redfin offer useful property details, they may not always provide the PIN or accurate information. Your best bet is the county websites mentioned above.
